Help with flight change for mom- Ewr to Hyd On 12/1

My mom traveling first time from EWR (Newark) to Hyderabad  on Dec 1st.. Booked wheel chair for her but she is scared n it would be very helpful to have company.. please let me know  if anyone or know someone traveling on the same flight (Air India).

If you don't get any help here.

try these

1. At checkin counter, try to find desi's and request them to accompany your mother.

2.you can request for guest pass to go near gate by showing some medical reason to your mother, you can get this if you please them. At gate, you can find some Indians and can request them.

Thanks ba for the suggestion,  I was looking for option 1 anyway but did know that we can get guest pass, will try if don't find anyone..
