he is suffering from diarrhea and patient was unable to walk. stretcher was not given to him even after 1 hr he came to the hospital. so she dragged her husband on the ramp.

there was a bigger article on this.. it said there were some ulcers on the patients legs (very bad ulcers). So non hospital people feared that it would contagious.

hospital people didn't help .
