Started working for a national research lab associated with the Department of Energy. PhD undi, publications, presentations, anni unnayi. 

EB1 lo within 8 weeks vacchindi ani cheppadu. Apparently the wait times and caps don't exist if the application is filed by a national research lab. So guys PhD cheyandi, publications veyyandi, famous researchers and professors toh manchi contacts pettukondi. Meeku kooda national labs lo positions vasthayi, EB1 lo GCs vasthayi.

PHD is NOT the only criteria for EB1. It is ONE of the criteria.

entha PHD chesinaa employment based EB lo employer discretion. 

I have frnds with PhD both work for same corporation same type of job one applied GC in EB2 for the other guy EB1 he has now EAD card waiting for GC

Just phd chesthe u wont be eligible , mana name paina publish aina papers undaali, not just 1 but atleast 3-4 ... just masters lo final paper lo just A grade tepichukotaanike chukkalu kanpisthay  inka ah range papers cheyali ante i cannot even imagine the kind of expertise it takes

on the top of it there is something called citations. that's what they look at it

peer reviews vundali, publications ki reviews chestu vundali 

on top of it you need to get recommendations letters from some one you know and from someone who dont know you personally.
