Ikkada client nunchi easy ga $80-$100 dobutharu for onsite employee but pay only $60k to 80k with benefits, which at max turns into $45-$50 per hour. So 50% outsourcing companies dobuthunayi...

If trump govt makes higher wages for H1-B, profit for outsourcing companies will go down, but it will still be profitable and in general manalanti kulli's ki rates peruguthayi

This is only one  good thing we can except..but cons are ..like they will do more outsourcing and keep very mandatory jobs at onsite...???

true, that is the point of highly skilled jobs kada, if a company feels this job doesnt need this much pay out for it, it will be offshored.

I know many uncles with families from India on h1b, start with 65k or 70k, how hard it is to save $ here, inka maa california aithe savings nil.
