Draft was published on Friday. The rule was released today.

I don;t think anything changed from the draft.

1) EAD under compelling .

2) 60 day grace period for H1

3) No I-140 revocation for 6 months,

Except for 60 day, I don;t think this rule is another junk.

Yeah, Dates don;t matter....Got an update from USCIS today the rule was published.

Anyway, as the rule doesn;t help us, the dates don;t matter...We will have to throw this in trash like we do it daily
