U can try and there is a good possibility of back firing, either u have to wait 6mos-1er atleast to join back, they won't take u back immediately , if they do also... prime vendor might create a huge circus

Yes possible..if client manager supports you.nammakam chaladu..manager has to talk to hr..emails pettaku..

Every client and pv will have msa terms and conditions..first ask your manager to see msa and if no non solicit clauses, then start cheyyi ee process..

For vendor ship big clients expect some insurances like liable , workers compensation etc that should be fine..your mesthri should have that..

If everything works ask ur client to send an email ur contract done and hookup your mesthri as pv..emails vaddu call for meeting explain u will get idea if it's doable or not..konthamadi clients hrs directly send this request to ur pv..

Most important mee pv ki telisthe after switch vaadu pay hold chesthadu..make sure your effort is worth by calculating project duration and pay hold risk..

Bottom line it's possible not impossible with risks seen some guys did executed well and some backfired as well..
