AP Engr caught taking bribe in new notes

Chittoor: This is a mockery to Modi's government which is going harder than ever against corruption and the corrupt. There seems no fear, the corrupt seems to have 'I care a damn' attitude and are finding newer ways to amass wealth by corrupt means.

 

A Deputy Engineer, Satyanarayana, working with the Irrigation Department in Chittoor district was caught red handed while taking bribe of 20,000 from one Babu Naidu for a contract.

 

ACB caught the Engineer after raiding him with a tip off. Interestingly the Engineer had taken bribe in new notes.
