• Kforce will pay employee for a full-time work week while on project, per Department of Labor regulations, when there is a lack of assigned work.
• H-1B Transfer for employee only

o   All petitions are filed under standard processing unless employee wishes to pay the $1,274.00 for premium processing upgrade.

o   ALL KFORCE EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO WORK WHILE THE TRANSFER IS IN PROCESS.  Receipt and Approval Notices will be provided to employee as we receive them.

o   Academic Credentials Evaluation and Dependent’s H4 fees will be the responsibility of the employee

• Kforce agrees to initiate consultant’s Green Card process after a period of six months of continuous service on billable assignment, contingent upon satisfactory performance and continuing business need

o   Kforce pays for Advertising & Labor (Perm Application)

o   Employee is responsible for I-140 & I-485 Adjustment of Status fees

• Upon acceptance by the client, you will be expected to sign an 18-month employment agreement

·        Employee is responsible for any relocation expenses associated with their first assignment.  Kforce will reimburse up to $1500 in relocation expenses for every subsequent project AFTER the first assignment.

• As a Kforce employee you will be eligible to participate in our Standard Benefit Package.  Benefits summary guide is attached to this email for your review.

o   Please note the benefit prices listed in the guide are your WEEKLY costs.

• Please be reminded that these opportunities are for full time W-2 positions only, NOT CORP TO CORP.

 

Kforce H-1B On-boarding Process

The Normal/Standard/Regular transfer process will transpire as follows:

Steps:

·       1 – Marketing/Submittal of candidate’s profile

·       2 – Client interview

·       3 – Client offer/candidate acceptance

·       4 – Start date confirmed by the client

·       5 – Candidate submits notice to current employer

·       6 – Kforce initiate’s H1 transfer

·       7 – Receive the FedEx confirmation receipt the next day which allows the candidate to start

·       8 – Candidate begins their employment with Kforce at the client site

·       9 – H1 Receipt Notice (EAC#, WAC#) will be received within 14 days of H-1 filing

·       10 – H1 Approval Notice will be received in 3-6 months

Don't worry about your previous resume dude, no one cares. He needs someone for his client and if that happens to be you, he will take you no questions asked. Be ready to find a job a month after this project is done or else be ready for a lay off anthe. 

If you are okay with relocation, he would be able to fetch you a project without much difficulty. KForce has tons of clients, so it's not that risky a proposition. Good luck.
