Meet Prabhu Chaat Bhandar, one of the oldest and most celebrated Chaat places in Delhi, outside the UPSC building on Shahjahan Road. Jagdish Kumar inherited this business from his father, who set shop in 1935 outside the Bikaner House on the India Gate Circle. Proud of the consistency of their quality, this family-run enterprise serves some of the best street food Delhi has to offer.
