India trip hold chesukovachu anukunte....file extension in premium ....and after approval...go to India....

few more doubts ..

if we apply extension 6 months before validity in premium . Assuming premium takes at most a month .

1.Now will we have 2 petitions(old & new) ? 

2. Will USCIS wait till the 1st petition is over , then approve the 2nd petition ?

3. And can we travel to india before validity (old petition validity is still there )  with the new petition in hand ?
