H1 transfer fee--6k

extension 6k

paid holidays assuming 15 roughly equals to 5k

gc -10k

401k roughly 4k

total 6+6+6+5+10+4=37k

37k difference untundhi plus client letter and no stamping issues plus less mental tennsion.
