FTE 80K+ insurance+h1fees-transfer/extension+clientletter for stamping+Paid holidays+GC process money+401k employer match +other corporate offers+ no mental tension 

= Contracting 100K

FT Salary (100K) which included 401k benefits,Timeoff, health insurance  equivalent to Contract (130K)

80k NE 100K man..

insurance $500 difference permonth per family. yearly 6k

H1 transfer fee--6k

extension 6k

paid holidays assuming 15 roughly equals to 5k

gc -10k

401k roughly 4k

total 6+6+6+5+10+4=37k

37k difference untundhi plus client letter and no stamping issues plus less mental tennsion.

first year 37k diff then 20k anuko.

ikkada h1 extensions 1 year ki coming man ala 3 times ayyindhi. after perm approval 3 years gave.
