Civil services are much sought after jobs in US man.. Fed govt is a very good employer.. getting in is very difficult... relaxing work environments,, highly qualified people (particularly in IT) kakapothe their highness will be until they join after they join they get rusty.. lot of regulations in getting things done..

pay is competitive.. good benefits (health dental vision) ..Federal govt has generous leaves (atleast 13 annual and 13 sick leaves)... after 3 years experience (18 annual leaves and 15 sick leaves per year) .

Pension untundi apart from social security and 401k. You can carry your insurance after retirement. pension eligibility starts after atleast 5 years of services.. (5-35 years)

Less/no Indians ...desis... lol.. jk

Overall good opportunity to get man..
