Hi Dear Friends, 

I'm a graduation student invested some amount ( thats huge for me ) in a stock " PTN " listning to many bullish people @ stocktwits 

Every one said there would be expected Buyout / partnership sooner and I invested all the money I had into this stock as I want to clear my educational loan ASAP. I felt this stock buyout would help me in clearing all my loans but unfortuatly there comes a news today from PTN as " Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants " which caused a huge drop

Now I dont know what to do , rather asking for Help ....

plz help me paying my Educational Loan reverting my lost amount. I wont turn back into stocks again.
