Old Deductible is countable if we enroll for Special Enrollment

Hi Guys,

If we enrolled in in X place and than after change of job moved to some other place Y  and there enrolled under special enrollment period,  than How our deductible/Max out of pocket is calculated. Anyidea ??

As i have done Googling..but my concern is is that any multistate plans are there which are applicable to individual plans
