Auto loan re-finance experience with DCU

Totally stuck. Any one had similar situation? If yes, how did you get out of it. Please help.

Ade kada. I dont have any titles with me. DCU sava dobutundi. babu process chepandi ra nayana ante BMV ki velli paper title thechkoni mail cheyalanta. BMV valemu maaku sabandam ledu, that is between those 2 banks antunaru. Frustrating.

Hmm wait for people.. electronic ithe dcu ki problem ento.. lien ane unthadi kadha.. talk to them once.. usually, bank to bank unthadi process..
