Drop Dabba.......question...?

I am eligible for dropbox..... but i have 2 I 979s, #1 my full time and #2 part time. I have filled DS form with full time I979 and did not mention part time 979 anywhere..... question is do i have to give/submit my part time 979 for dropbox......?
