H1b 2016 approved company not sending docs for interview ..please help and need your inputs

Hi All,

My h1b has approved in jan'16 and now the company(Lead IT) is not sending any docs for interview( I have the h1b approval copy).please let me know what are the options for me or please let me know if you know any company willing to transfer my h1b.

They lifted hands that they don't have projects now and not responding to the mails.

adi 1-2 years back sister company tho h1b duplicate file chesaru chala ..... so chala issues ayyayi......chala mandi immigration issues face chesaru like revoke etc etc

Yeah they have currently have issues .So I'm currently looking to transfer my h1b under cap gap exempt.

 

please let me know if you know any companies willing to transfer myh1b.

epdu edho rule vachndi anukunta .. murthy lo joeef gaadu annadu ..unless u work for h1 employee u wont be cap exempt ani ..just google stuff
