these days......per diem ekkuva run cheyadam valla fines vestunaru.............its not fake. it is just fine to employer and not the employee..... My employer had 3 companies and one of the company he owned had to pay 40% fine for the extra per diem ran to paycheck.....Check with ur employer..........fyi...........employer is in michigan, he holds about 250 employees with all the 3 companies
