it depends on ur mesthris legal jurisdiction, konni states for instance NY lo aithe full mesthris ni support chestaayi state legislation, on the brighter side ee time lo mesthris extras cheyyaru, if they are wise enough, they wouldnt risk it - #trump affect. so it rolls to somethin lyk "r u bold enugh" i guess

Call  U.S. Department of Labor: 1-866-4USWAGE (1-866-487-9243) and tell them you want to file a WH4 form on your employer as he's threatening to cancel your visa if you leave his employment. 

Employment in US is at will meaning you can leave or he can fire you anytime. If he blackmails you about canceling H1B, keep a track of all those emails and send it to DOL. He will be *** himself in the ass by threatening you.
