full time question

1) Full time offer accept chesthunna... question enti ante... when i file h1 transfer, do i have to file h4 transfer also? current h4 is till 2018 ending with old employer, so do i need to apply for h4 transfer with new employer or i don't need to apply now and i can apply it in 2018?

 

2) H4 Stamping aipoyindi till 2018 ending, so India velli vasthe malli stamping ki vellala?

1) yes u need to file h4 as well

 

2) stamping not needed as long as the old visa is valid. Just show new 797 at poe with old visa
