Non Profit organization lo Full time offer vachindi... Can i Take it? Please advise....7 + years real time experience undi... 2014 is my GC PRIORITY DATE..Currently on H1B... Pay is good

go for it if the pay and immigration thing is taken care off. on eof my friend works for Non Profits. his only complain is Salary. keep in mind, if anything happens in Non profit, Salaried/high salaried people are the first to be laid off

but what if i want to shift back to profit after 2 years..do i have to apply as a fresh H1B or it is easy because i already got the first H1B through Profit

i dont think H1B selection criteria is based on profit/non-profit ( i may be wrong). but it is more about how likely they could find american citizen for the job and your degree/experience

Non profit tho job unnantha varaku good.

but if you get laid off for any reason then you need to transfer your h1b to another non-profit or you need to file h1b in regular quota.

luckily if your old employers h1b is good then you still claim that petition i guess.

there is something called concurrent visa where you can work for multiple companies,explore it.

first time profit org lo pick aindi.... so ippudu  full time offer from non profit accept chesi mall if 2 years tarvatha Profit ki ravalante (worst case), i don't have to apply as first H1 ani annaru.... Please confirm

I red somewhere, after current H1 is revoked you will get 2  months to get new employer. January lo ee rule vasthundhi ani cheppindru!!
