Pay is good go for it if the pay and immigration thing is taken care off. on eof my friend works for Non Profits. his only complain is Salary. keep in mind, if anything happens in Non profit, Salaried/high salaried people are the first to be laid off Quote
ajay1920 Posted December 8, 2016 Author Report Posted December 8, 2016 but what if i want to shift back to profit after 2 years..do i have to apply as a fresh H1B or it is easy because i already got the first H1B through Profit Quote

comradee Posted December 8, 2016 Report Posted December 8, 2016 Non profit tho job unnantha varaku good. but if you get laid off for any reason then you need to transfer your h1b to another non-profit or you need to file h1b in regular quota. luckily if your old employers h1b is good then you still claim that petition i guess. there is something called concurrent visa where you can work for multiple companies, explore it.
