Safety

Security

Air Exhaust System

Resistance

Durability

Material engineering

Structural engineering

Cultural significance

it sould serve the exact purpose

Should scale up for atleast 50-100 years without major changes.....

SSR is an expert filmamaker......how can he simply take up this role i am really amazed.......

IF ITS JUST DESIGNS.... Then we need to bring in the Art Directors....NOT Film Directors?? what kind of stupid logic is this???

I agree it is very bad decision. But ssr role is most probably to take a few inputs to reflect the historical and cultural aspects in the buildings.
