First of all. Sets design chesedi art director. Second they research on how cheaply they can constrct sets which will be destroyed later. Wat expertise they have in building permanent constructions.

art director ki ela kavalo cheppedi director ye kada man...and more over 90% is all graphic, cheap sets and destroying question ye ledu...

Graphics lo ela padithe ala chesesarantava without any research??

Amaravathi needs one or the other attraction to survive...in present scenario...

normal concrete designs tho chesthe evvadu dekadu...

It is just a PR step. Have you ever seen an example in world where a movie director was involved in constrction of some famous strctures or cities ?
