HC relief for Chandrababu in note-for-vote case - NTv

High Court (HC) today ruled that there is no need to probe Chandrababu's role in sensational note-for-vote case. Headed by Justice Sunil Chowdary, the court heard the orders by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court to probe Chandrababu's role in the case. The ACB court had given these orders based on a petition filed by YSRCP MLA Aala Ramakrishna Reddy. HC was earlier directed by the Supreme Court (SC) to look into the matter. Chandrababu had also filed a Quash petition, which was considered by HC before ruling that his role need not be probed.
