Maximum 115 to 120 per month for PMI, I would suggest go with 15%, keep remaining money for Furnishings or Appliances like Fridge, Washer and Dryer, Sectional etc...

Bhaaya i am from same area, SandySprings, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody area lo single family home ante minimum 600k untaadi adi (old). You can get a town home in that price range. I am also actively looking. If you want single family home in that price range target Roswell/Alpharetta/East Woodstock, you will find old refurbished homes. Everyone stays in Alpharetta, Cumming and take a bus to downtown for commute. Let me know if you need anymore information.

These Days, Alpharetta and Cumming also crossed that budget.. Minimum 500K

some leftover homes like south facing, no basement homes are around 440...

I bought home in Cumming last year 520, now in same area 600 (New Homes)....

Again it depends on the size of the home, bed rooms, schools etc...for now Forsyth Schools are good so prices also high..
