There are strong indications that H1b is for a big change.. Mainly salary bracket.. Min salary will be raised to 100-110k. There is also another proposal to discard h4 ead as h1b salary bracket will be raised.. At this point we don't know if H4 ead revocation is totally possible.. This will not apply to existing but new filers going fwd given its effective.
