Can i extend my wifes ech four e a d along with h1b extension or i need to wait till both h1b and h4 got approved?

I think you can do em together but lawyer have to do it and you pay lawyer fees aroun $1000 extra + regular fee. I think one advantage here is if you apply premium, both will get approved in premium time.

If you wait until your petition is approved you can do it yourself and save money.

ask your employer to BIND h1+h4+h4 ead all will be approved at once or else you will have to wait for years
