explain the process of how they are manipulating the requirements of skilled jobs to 8 years and releasing them to free market and in turn creating a false crunch in market to empower the employers to fake the resume credentials and push opts into eternal slavery of shame(no opt guy/gal want to fake their resumes and go through the BS of acting and belittling themselves. No opt asked for that and many are struggling to prove the knowledge they cant earn in a short amount of time. )

Make the list of Employers,Vendors(layers,primevendors),clients(if you can)

once you get this data build a database and run reports.

This evidence and effort will be very fruitful for all indian and other hard working people(who deserve equal status like those employers(specifically the exploiting kind))

We should make an app to host the documents to collect all the details as mentioned in above pointers, data base model define chesi objects ento clarity vaste we can write controllers and create a bigger outreach for this cause, so that people can engage in this discussions and do something about it. The above steps are just to make a clean write up of this huge scandal in a presentable way. 

Once you have that, just email to breitbart,project veritas,alex-jones,fox-news,rt news outlets( if you manage to do this, i promise you a huge change will clean up the swamp and uproot the evil from this side of industry.
