How much cut employer should take after all the expenses? I know there are plenty of consultancy folks who have immense knowledge in this deal, how exactly do the employers come at number of 80%,70% and why do they encourage to falsify resumes? PS: Am not an employer. 60k - 5k per month - junior dev salary range is around 60-80k in america. 90-100k - mid level dev - 3-5 years exp? 110+ - 150k senior dev 6-10 years? 150+ - for ceo-cto Quote
