I am thrown with below error when I submit request as per thread we're sorry, but we're having technical difficulties with our network at the moment. Please try again later. If this problem persists, try to clear the cache and cookies from your device. Questions? Call us at 800.331.0500, or dial 611 from your wireless phone did anyone face this?
