H4 EAD ante ammay undergraduate Anna ayuntundi and more over lot of h4s have work experience in India. So I don't believe 18$ does any justification to her creds. But if she works in that company and gains experience for next 3 months, I bet she will find a job for min 40$ / hr.

whats wrong with $18 per hour. She is working for experience and have a career. She may not be experienced.
