Real Estate in AP and Telangana

How is real estate now in Telangana and AP??.....Heard that sellers are not reducing prices and they are expecting complete white money.....this is the case what I heard....

Apartments Prices are same in hitech city

Sellers and builders will try their best to keep prices up. But in the face of huge drop of transactions they have to decrease the prices. It will take some time but they will drop eventually
