Thinking of buying an SUV - how reliable is CarGurus

I looked at a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL Hybrid with 21k miles for $25,000. Any info about this car? I am looking at this one due to the fact that it's a hybrid so good gas mileage in the city. (27 mpg)

CVT Transmission undi, not sure how good that one is. Any inputs? Also do you think I can get the dealer to sell it at a cheaper price than 25k? CarGurus says it's a great deal and that it's $3500 less than the market price. But I am hoping I can negotiate it for a cheaper rate, I don't have experience of buying a car from a dealer so far so this is new to me.

Tell me what you guys think.

Go for highlander or pilot. Nissan vehicles are not reliable in the long run. Mama frienddhi engine failed at 70k mileage .

Pathfinder is more spacious with good third row room. Go for it. Rogue is compact suv, waste for 4+ people and pilot's third row is cramed

3rd row is horrible....only for kids.

spacious 3rd row kavali ante MDX is not worth for that price...........otherwise, Acura's  are good ones.
