i think forgetting what you read is pretty common man 

concentrate on a single thing when you read/think/write, avoid multi tasking.

Chadivinavi rewind chesuko, like end of the day/ next day or a week after.

I really don't know.. after these many years now going back and reading abcds of the same technology somehow doesn't give me the passion/interest. But tappadu.. kotta job kottalante adi cheyyalsinde..

u know y most people fail in C2C intv's(among desis)..bcoz they don't even remember what they included in the bulleted list...if i am the interviewer i will start(and may be only ask) what his recent proj is.....that shud give an idea of the candidate and his exposure.......

i've been on both sides of the table

---> attened many intv's while changing jobs 

--->sat with managers/lead developers when they do phone screening...in all these the common point is ur recent exp......bcoz thats how ur resme gets shortlisted...and DONTS---never try to blabber..if u don't know honestlt tell them u don't.....interviewer also knows no candidate is 100% perfect
