you need to go through approved 'trainers', in class only 2 days session costs about 2-3k and the exam will be conducted by the same trainer after all the training is finished and he will create a profile for you in scrum alliance website and thats it.

 

Honestly, its not a certification to learn anything, its more for industry sake. Its useful when applying for scrum master jobs and you dont have any write ups from your previous managers/ directors on LinkedIn.
