60 days grace period(after termination of job) okkati helpful anipinchindhi. What do you guys think about this grace period thing. 

I mean future lo GC ki emanna problem aiythadha if we utilise this 60 day grace period.

yes.. we are filing petition to remove desi mestris. And trump will go above and beyond to remove all desi.
