hi reply back to that email saying that you are not a citizen..failure to do so will create a warrent agianst you..dont ignore this...

typically there will be a link in that notice where you need to fill out some information. Dantlo option vuntadi to specify you are a non-citizen.

 

i got it 3 times so far and everytime just filled the online form saying i am a non-citizen.

court lo cases ki jury vuntadi mayya. they select a few regular people to come in and listen to the arguments in court. This can go for a few days depending on what the case is. Finally they will ask all the Jurors to give judgement on who the guilty party is. Depending on that sentencing is done.

unlike india where the judge's decision is final, vomerica lo jury decides the case and the people sitting on the jury are called jurors who are common people like you and me (of course you need to be a citizen)

Don't worry brother, Just call the number in there and tell them that you are not a citizen. It's only for Citizens. Or reply back with email .
