Ask him not to rewrite, he can get into most of the top 10 colleges with this score. Rewriting is a waste of time and won't add much value to his already existing score.

i said the same but indian mentality.. quant lo 3 points taggayi.. he is strong in quant.. avi vastey 800/790 easy antunnadu.. but he is in 99% already vaddu ani cheppanu.. his another reason is Indian software engineer.. i agree with him on this..

Bro naa friend okadu Georgetown Univ lo MBA chesadu. Vaadiki GMAT prep nunchi essays for admission varaku help chesa nenu. And even helped him once he got into the college as well. Vaadiki 8/10 jobs sponsorship reason toh tirigi velli poyaru. Of course he finally did get into a Fortune 50 company anuko in an executive position but still, had he been a citizen or GC his options would have been that much more.

Evari take varidi bhayya. May be you have a lot of money to throw around, naaku oka pani chesthey daani meeda ROI chaala important. If the ROI takes me 10 years due to things beyond my control(status, visa issues etc) I would rather wait till those uncertainties are put to rest before embarking on such an adventure.
