More than ninety percent of the films failed at the box office. There were many duds but some of them were epic disasters leaving the makers and buyers in dire straits. Mahesh’s Brahmotsavam and Pawan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh are two of the biggest disasters of the year and even Greatandhra visitors felt the same. Brahmotsavam in particular is a disaster of epic proportions as the film not only failed miserably at the ticket window but also failed to get decent TRP when it was first telecasted on Television. It got more than 21084 votes (nearly 48%) votes whereas Sardaar was not too far away with 20672 votes (47%). Brahmotsavam was ahead of all the movies in the list with more than sixty five percent votes until yesterday, but there was a sudden surge in the votes polled against Sardaar just a few hours before the poll was closed. However, Brahmotsavam was on top all the time and has been declared the biggest flop of the year by our visitors. Quote
