1. wife ki h4 & parents ki b1/b2 oke roju oke slot book chesukovachaa...? 

2. wife ki 2013 lo f1 rjct ayindi, ippudu aftr mrg pp chnge chskomani chepparu, now changed as per new surname. So, ipudu ds*160 fill chesetapudu old pp gurnchi chepthe better or cheppodda..? cnltncy vadu cheppodu antunnadu..but biometrics appudu lev ani edo chepthunnadu... pls advse n shed some light...

why the heck you want to hold back truth.

rejections are normal. That too she is going for a different category now. It's ok dude. Don't you think they can find it?

regarding new PP... it adds your surname to hers. carry both pp.

while filling ds 160 there will be a Q regarding prev visa category & why rejected. Mention it clearly what was the reason given by vo during f1 interview.

hw abt parents visa & h4 together.., they stay in remote place, so all 3 in 1 shot will be easy to them to travel, any how bammardi gadu muggurni thisukostadu kada ani. n, parnts r not cmng to US now. Trump thatha vachelopu stamp vesipettukunte, oka panaipoddi ani & valla trave + paperwork easy  ga avuthadi ani.

shouldn't be a problem.. you already in US on H1 right??

anni prashnalaki ela samadhanam cheppalo cheppu parents ki... nee wife ki parents ki separate ga untadi so, she can't help them.

 

parents travel eppudu ante 1 month lo ani cheppamanu.... enni days untaru ante 4 weeks anamanu.

yes im in us on h1; ok bro, mari DS form lo all group ga attend avuthunnam ani mention cheyyalemo kada..? then only i can get same visa slot right..??

i dont think you can take a group appointment for different visa category... they should all be in same category. That's what i know.

 

You need to book 2 appointments. one for H4 & another for B2(both parents). you can get same day appointment for both, if you are lucky.

 

call ustraveldocs cust service they will guide you.

H4 EAD ela apply cheyalo..ela proceed avalo ane threads chustunte .... edo teliyani feeling. Bahusha frustration ae anukunta but not so sure..
