Around Tammudu means in Groin area?? (In Telugu they mention it as gajjalu). This could be primarily due to sweating some people experience it if the area becomes moist you could have such issues and can develop rashes also.

Try Zole-F Ointment (Miconazole/Fluocinolone) apply in  the groin area little bit after shower during night and sleep.

and don't wear undies while you apply ointment, also can try using dusting powder during day time while going to office. You can sprinkle bit of dusting powder in groin area and then wear your undies while going out..This will control the area getting highly moist & it will not have any side effects.
