Its a failure not because of my attempt to shame, because of my limitations. Someone more unshackled than I am could do it, but he/she wouldn't be interested.

If someone can't make a joke on him/herself, but jokes about others, then he/she's poisonous company. It applies to overwhelming majority here. Very very few exceptions.

 that's a very restrictive mindset, everyone (at least the most) wants to win the argument over fixing it
