all the above are true, if ur working as fte for mnc's like wipro tcs hcl etc.

advantages of fulltime

• stable job. dont have relocate every few months.
• insurance paid by employer(depends on company. if u join big company, they may take care of 90%). for a family of 4, it can cost anywhere between 500-1k
• 15 pto's
• yearly bonus
• rsu's and esp program if it is public.
