30% tax on NRO interest

NRO account interest meda 30% tax cut avutundi.Any way of lowering tax on the interest earned?Please share your thoughts

If you are in us you can claim for refund from US government and pay less tax on us for the same interest on NRO account .

This is false news. 

there is no tax cut for NRI and NRO accounts because tax is already paid in US for the amount you made.
