I feel the same way all desis look ugly including me might be due to genes we get potta and batta easily when compared to other races

Genetically we lack the bone density, muscle mass and athletic ability that Blacks or Whites possess. Even East Asians have better muscle mass and fat distribution compared to us. 

As said a lot of it is genetic, which can to some extent be overcome with a good diet and better workout. Our diet unfortunately is very carb heavy which makes us put on weight quite easily. Plus sports aren't something we have access to in our schools esp if you go to schools in the city that are set up in one building. 

Again exceptions exist but you have to be disciplined and committed. He still sounds like an asshole saying that to you in person.
