Fraud transactions happened in my BOA

Repeatedly happening in account the same guy ANDREW D DAVIES  from CHASE EPay ID vundi. Why BOA is unable to track him. Claim ki file chesaa..

Any suggestions not happen this. Already changed the account number last year.

May be u using same card for one particular site transactions and thats is compromised
