New Zealand is a very good, friendly and peaceful nation. 

Naa Engineering lo best friends went there and did a Graduate Diploma in Management back in 2008. Ippudu he's working as a Banking associate in BNZ bank, recently became a citizen there, and brought a house as well. 

Auckland lo untadu that's where most of the jobs are. IT jobs are few in number but if you do a graduate degree in management and have good interpersonal skills you should be fine. Citizenship is fairly easy to get and has good value internationally, unlike our Indian citizenship.

Canterbury University undi Christchurch lo that's a very good university too. 

Naa Master's roommate ippudu akkada Professor ga working, it's not a tenured position so his position is for life or till he retires.
