Hiring Developers in India

We are planning to hire to very good developers with 3 to 4 experience in NODEJS and other javascript techs.

what is the best approach to take for hiring. We don't want to go through consulting companies or agencies..

Do you have an office and website?

If show website careers section lo petti promote in social networking sites and groups. Don't expect gud profile from large companies, mukku moham theliyani company ki evaru raaru as it might not add anything to their profile. If I were you I would goto ameerprt institution that teaches them and conduct a test to one of the outgoing batch and hire one of the best from that group

kotha company ki evaru antha easy ga full time raaru , the'll only be willing to work part time initially ... best approach is to find a well experienced guy through references and ask him to let you know abt such ppl , same industry lo unnaru kabatti the'll knw better ... job portals nunchi velthey mostly ull get scrap..

also , meedi kotha startup ani telsi kuda if the're willing to come fulltime , take that resume and throw it in the dustbin ...
