Ameerpet institutes nundi oka 2-3 select chesi..avasaram aithe oka trainer ni hire chesuko part time ameerpet nunde..

niku aithe..takuva billing ki..chaku lanti poragallu dorakaru..

dorakanapudu...maname tayaruchesukovali..

Thats what I did couple of years back where in I had to hire couple of iOS developers. Hired little expreinced guy and trained him for couple of months. 

I know its a headache thing but..when you have limited resources and people are tough to find, this is an easiest way to do...

K2S bayyaa.. Setup antaaa vundi..Technical gaaa strong team vundi.. only need 3 to 4 developers to continue to work on lot of backend development. plus multiple projects chedaamu ani planning chesitimi .. so mundu mundu chala mandi kaavali..
